Finding Center through Ritual, Nature and the Creative Process
This program will be held OUTSIDE, IN-PERSON only, $50.00
Saturday, October 1, 10am-12:30pm Central Time
In this workshop we will integrate the wisdom of meditation, the joy of art and the love of nature into this mandala making, meditative healing arts experience. We will slow down, listen deeply, and attune with the natural world. We will participate in an exploration of ourselves through nature, art, and ritual in order to transform, heal, and renew our spirit. This is a practice in relating and welcoming impermanence. It is an opportunity to experience creativity and mindfulness in nature and an invitation to explore ritual. What to Bring: journal, pen/pencil, and any nature items you collected. We will be outside, please dress for the weather. If inclement weather we will move the practice indoors.
