This week's Mindful Mondays email is an article by Elisha Goldstein entitled: 7 Things Mindful People Do Differently and How To Get Started
I hope you enjoy it!

Number two on the list is what struck me most today: Forgive Themselves. I was thinking how practicing “forgive and invite” would not only be great for me to practice, but also a wonderful tool to teach students. I am volunteering with the "Check and Connect" program this year and hope to share some of these mindfulness tools with my mentee.
Also....
If you've been thinking about attending one of our Mindful Start Tuesdays at 6:50 in Jessie's room #B107, tomorrow might be a great day to join us. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, Robert Reed (former MPS ESL teacher) will be joining us and leading us in a short guided meditation.
There are so many ways to begin, begin where you are.

PS if you want to learn more from Elisha Goldstein I would recommend his guided meditations via the insight timer app. I really like his 30 minute Body Scan.
I hope you enjoy it!
